It would be nice if there was a live chat support implemented on the site, maybe have it in the corner, and if no agents were available to support you can leave an note and an email and theyd get back to you, thought this would be nice as i experienced, losing access to my account for a brief moment, and i had to make a new one to talk to support, but i got it back now, so its all good.
