I like the idea, but I think multi-accounting would only work if there was a text box to submit evidence. Speaking of which...it would be nice to have an optional text box to go along with report reason for reasons besides "Other". I regularly submit reports where I provide additional info (ie Leecher - all X of users threads are requests).
